Change the drive Icon

The icon line is not required but allows you to change the drive icon of the CD.

open=starterfile.exe start.htm
icon=myfile.exe

where myfile.exe is the name of an .ico, .bmp, .exe or .dll file containing
the icon information. If a file contains more than one icon you must also
specify the index of the icon.

The following example specifies the second icon in myfile.exe (numbers start
at 0)
icon=myfile.exe,1

and another
icon=myfile.ico


The file containing the icon information also needs to be written to CD.
